Now Hiring - Sales Route Merchandiser in Tualatin, OR

We are a wholesale distribution company seeking a full time Retail Route Merchandiser to join our dynamic team! We've been in business serving the grocery industry for over 45 years, supplying our customers with general merchandise, specialty foods and great service! This position is ideal for an individual who is self motivated and self starting.

Job Duties:

Maintain a scheduled service route and assist sales team with area coverage, store displays, new installations, resets and other retail service duties.

The successful candidate must be able to:
Have integrity and a self-driven positive attitude
Be punctual and work all scheduled hours, adhering to a regular weekly schedule
Be willing to travel out of town to customer sites or work some overtime on occasion
Possess strong communication skills - in-person, on the phone and written
Have an active telephone and ability to use email for daily communication
Have access to the internet
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus

We offer:

Permanent full time position

A regular work schedule (typically M-F between the hours of 6AM - 2:30 PM)

Requirements:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to work independently and with a team

Requires attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Ability to lift, stand, walk, stoop, reach, sit, with occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)

Must be able to pass drug screening (including cannabis)

Must have a valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
